    All warranty cases need to be sent directly to Venkanto together with the original receipt. Warranty is given when the broken part of the product is visibly a production defect. Defects made from the human factor will not be given warranty.

    If you are a customer

    We offer a two year warranty on all of our products. Complaints need to be made at the same dealership where the product was sold. They will handle your complaint and if they evaluate your case to be warranty, they will replace your broken product or send it to reparation.

    Products bought at foreign dealerships outside of Scandinavia and the Baltic States (Wiggle/Chainreaction) need to be sent to Great Britain or the origin country of the dealership.
